What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Other times by arrangement, if the house is free.
What's included in the stay?
Fresh linen and towels, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating, parking and access to the whole grounds — pool, playground and lounge areas.
Can we come with children or pets?
Children are very welcome — there's a playground for them. For pets, please message us in advance and we'll discuss.
How do I book a house?

Can we cook our own khorovats?
Yes. You have a grill, tandoor and summer kitchen at your disposal — cook as much as you like.
Is it suitable for large groups?
Yes. The banquet hall seats up to 70, and several houses can be booked together for a big group.
