What our guests say
We stayed as a big family in a private house — spacious, clean and very cosy. The kids lived on the playground, and we lived by the pool with its lake view.
We celebrated a birthday in the banquet hall for 25 people. Khorovats in our own kitchen, sauna in the evening — everything was top class.
A quiet spot right by the water, perfect to escape the city. We'll definitely be back in summer.

How do I book a house?
Leave a request on the site or call us — we'll confirm availability and dates. A booking is secured with a prepayment.

Fresh linen and towels, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating, parking and access to the whole grounds — pool, playground and lounge areas.
Is it suitable for large groups?
Yes. The banquet hall seats up to 70, and several houses can be booked together for a big group.
